Bound Hearts

Just before Mother’s Day I got an order for a mother-daughter set of ‘bound hearts’. I was asked to incorporate the birth stones of the family into a pendant like wrapped triangle, which is a fantastic idea.

Visiting Dave’s Down to Earth Rock Shop is never a hardship, and I enjoyed sifting through their bead drawers to find the right stones. These looked like hearts to me.

Then I strung the beads and wrapped them around the wire.

Off they went to their new home.

The family went on a Mother’s Day outing, and asked me to pick from their photos for a ‘promotional’ picture. But I can’t.

They’re all so lovely, that I present the whole series to you!
