While I don’t have any pop ups in October, I am still part of the ongoing Flora, Fauna and Fascination exhibit.
Ice House Gallery owner Hannah Litvan curated a beautiful array of artists who each have their own unique artistic expression of nature themes.
The opening night was packed, and I was thrilled to see so many art appreciators come out for first Saturday.
One young artist made his very first sale on his very first exhibit opening night. It garnered cheers from many.
My Hive and Swarm had pride of place suspended from the ceiling in the center of the gallery.
I adore how Hannah configured my insects.
My stakes are also available, and in good company with other beautiful art work.
In addition to the vibrant paintings adorning the walls there are lovely pieces of sculpture scattered throughout the gallery.
Ice House Gallery is located at 609 South Boulevard in Evanston, IL.
Hours are Friday-Saturday 12-6pm, Sunday 12-5pm and by appointment 847-232-7092.

The show is up through December 28, although some pieces will be removed before Christmas on December 22.
So take a peek, make plans to go visit, and get your holiday shopping started at Ice House Gallery!
I do hope my critters find new homes.
