Remember Fall? Hard to believe it is not quite December yet.
On a glorious Fall day I drove to Elmhurst for the kickoff of my holiday fairs. The Wilder Mansion filled up fast with vendors who had wonderful creative displays.
I set up mine, and barely had a chance to peruse the other wonderful hand made creations before the people piled in for Friday evening.
Soon many customer passed through, and a lot of them took time to peruse my trees carefully.
I think this was the strongest attendance at this event, and I am grateful to RGL Marketing for the Arts for creating such a fun venue with well-curated artists.
Soon ornaments fluttered off, which reminds me to restock my rainbow dragonflies.
It was a vibrant evening, and several angels were chosen to adorn new homes.
The evening flew by.
On Saturday, we were revived by Brewpoint Coffee.
They caught the artisan market bug, and are hosting holiday pop up markets every weekend of December.
I will be there on Sunday from 10 am til 2 pm, with two of my trees adorned with ornaments.
Meanwhile, the Wilder Mansion was buzzing again with lots of great people.
Several pendants are now adorning new necks.
More angels flew off.
It was a fabulous weekend and a great way to kick off a promising Holiday season.
Here’s to another fun Elmhurst event on Sunday! You can see all my upcoming events on the exhibits page.
