New Maraviglia on Etsy

I’ve just finished loading my new creations to Etsy. It’s always fun to describe my pieces, and let them go out into the world to make others happy.

Some wire wanted to be sculptural, and some were channeling Spring. I enjoy seeing where the wire takes me. It is freeing to have a vision yet also interpret the energy and personality of the wire, the wax and paper. Joie de Vivre was inspired by a friend’s word of the year.

I was thrilled to see my butterfly land on an Etsy treasury last night. Happy dance!

I’m also inspired by a Kickstarter campaign for the Maya, Princess Scientist book. Since I have a few smart young ladies in my life, I am creating a line of adornments fit for princesses aspiring to brainy careers. There are a lot more subjects to cover beyond physics and geology, but here’s the start of the princess scientist series.
