Peonies

I’m getting my head back from being surrounded by sparkles and tools at the Bead & Button Show this year. My workshop was highly inspiring and I look forward to practicing the new skills I learned.

Meanwhile, here are peonies that captivated me upon my return home.

I just love how lush the blossoms are.

I enjoy seeing the various stages of a bud in one cluster.

It is like those life cycle posters you see in science books.

The neighborhood is fragrant with Lilacs as well.

For many reasons, this trip gave me a deep appreciation of my home town and neighborhood, and I am grateful to be living where I live.
